Navas has been a stud in the net for Real Madrid since 2014 and will leave with the hardware to prove it, winning the Champions League 3 times and Super Cup twice. Since the arrival of Belgian national keeper, Thibaut Courtois, Navas has lost some regularity in the net, thus prompting a move to PSG. The World Cup in 2014 has been considered Navas’s break-through performance, leading the Costa Rican national team to its first quarter final match ever. He exited the tournament with 3 clean sheets in 5 matches, 3 man of the match titles and also 1 of 3 nominees for the Golden Glove award. The specifics have not yet been released but according to sources Navas went to France this week for his medical evaluation and finalization of contracts. He will join the likes of Neymar, Thiago Silva and Edinson Cavani.
